This hotel is clean, romantic, and perfect location to the market, restaurants, shopping, and all the sights of historic Charleston. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included, afternoon wine & cheese, evening milk and cookies. Even a pillow menu selection of various types of pillows.

This hotel and staff is lovely and in a terrific location right in the heart of downtown Charleston. Great service. Nice touches--coffee/tea service during the day on every floor and 24 hours in lobby. Nice continental breakfast. Lovely rooms and great bathrooms. Pillow menu is a nice touch. Overall, a great stay and lovely hotel.

We really liked the French Quarter Inn located in the center of the old city of Charleston. It is convenient to all the tourist sites in the old city. We were in town for the Jewish High Holy Days and it is close to the most beautiful old synagogue which welcomed us with open arms. It is also close to the Maritime Center where our daughter had docked on a tall ship. She really appreciated the hotel's amenities as she had been at sea for three weeks. We would definitely return to this hotel and would love to visit the old city again.
