• " We waited till 5pm to check in to the hotel, but the front desk agent told us we would have to wait for a king sized room (which we were guaranteed) to be cleaned. This upset us because normal check in time is 3pm. We were very tired from a day of walking and had to get in to the hotel ASAP to get ready for an event that night. The services definitely had some problems. "
