• " The rooms were dirty, carpets stained and it was noisy. There was old leftover food from a previous guest in the refrigerator. It sounded like they were renovating the room above us. They removed items like soap and shampoo and never replaced them. The air conditioner was not functioning properly. Not up to the usual standards of a Residence Inn. "
