• " I believe that the hotel should get makeover so that it could be more of an extended stay. Instead of it looking and having the appearance of a Motel 6. I was very disappointed and am not sure I should use your service again. "

• " It sits in a quit cubby hole just 2 blocks from the highway. There are plenty of restaurants under five miles away. The staff we met where great. "

• " The Extended Stay America was an interesting experience - one that I will not wish to experience again. The staff did not appropriately make arrangements for our after-hours arrival. My wife and I had to sleep on separate twin beds with my five-month old daughter sleeping on our luggage because the twin beds were so small. We could not use the floor because the floor was wet from carpet being cleaned. The bathroom leaked water from somewhere and made a large puddle beneath the sink/toilet area. The after-hours staff was courteous and helpful, however. "
