American owned and operated and very nice room furniture. Needs some cosmetic touch ups but overall very nice.

We were very disappointed. The grout in the bathroom was moldy, the desk lamp was broken, the smoke detector didn't have a cover, and the air conditioner was very noisy when running and the ceiling tile under the AC unit was water stained, broken and moldy. We were in Georgetown for two nights. The second night, when we returned from a day's activities, our keys no longer opened the door. While I was at the desk, getting the keys reprogrammed, I was in line behind another couple trying to check in.

Other than not having wash clothes the first day, not having coffee supplies the second day, and a leaky roof, ok for the money.

This hotel is in a perfect location in a serene setting if you are away from the road. It has a beautiful pond behind it. The restaurant is more of a pool hall/bar and very smoky, but we ordered outside and took our dog with us. It is pet friendly which is a plus for us. It was a nice hotel for the price. It also had a nice continental breakfast. The staff in the office area could have been friendlier, but the ladies that cleaned the rooms were wonderful.
