• " This hotel was clean and has a nice lobby. There is some obvious wear and tear, i.e. stains in carpet and buttons on elevator panel were missing or falling in? When I arrived at 11:30 pm, I was greeted by a locked front door, sign that said check in closed from 11pm to 7am. After calling the check in hotline, the cleaning lady let me in and checked me in. I thought this was weird but, its 11:30pm. I go to my room on the second floor and there is an unused wine box open, trash in the middle of the floor and a 1/2 made bed. I went back to the front desk very politely asked about the condition of the room. The cleaning person, called the manager, I waited 30 minutes, literally for her to come down stairs. When she did, she was polite and sought to help me. After that it was a normal hotel stay. "

• " The extended stay Deluxe was conveniently located off of the freeways. We were greeted by 2 friendly staff. I will definitely stay again at this hotel and is highly recommended. "

• " The Extend Stay Deluxe is a very convenient place to stay in the western part of Columbia (Irmo). It is located right on I -26 with an easy entrance to downtown. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and go out of their way to provide everything you need. It is the only place we stay when we are in Columbia, SC. "

• " Very good location once you know your way around. Staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast is only adequate. I only had some coffee. I didn't appreciate the bass boats and Wal-Mart vehicles taking up the prime parking area and reserving their spaces with orange cones. "
