• " We found a roach the size of a silver dollar under the bed. The bed was extremely hard. The room smelled like a college dorm room. We drove home a day early so we didn't have to sleep in the bed another night. The hotel staff was also clueless to everything and they were not very friendly. "

• " Disregard for safety of residents, by silencing the fire alarm system, and not having walking security to assure fire safety. No notification to residents regarding fire alarm. Is there a fire or is there not one. No coffee replacement or room service on Saturday. "
