• " The beds were very hard. The toilet seat was broken and almost impossible to sit on. There were water stains on the ceiling and the walls had holes in them. "

• " Our reservations were to be at the Jameson. However, the reservations were made for the Comfort Inn. Therefore when we arrived at the Jameson, there were no reservations. Because we were in Cleveland for the funeral of my mother, we were too distracted to notice the problem. I do hope that we were not charged for this mistake in where our reservations were made. "
