The overall appearance of the hotel outside was poor, cracks in the walls, cobwebs, and dirty. There were 2 old junky cars parked in the lot and the landscaping was in bad condition. The room needed updating as the walls had peeling paper; the acoustic ceiling had cracks, chunks out of it, and looked like leaks from above. The mattresses needed replacing. The bathroom tile grout was clogged with gummy dirt and in the corners were mold and mildew and dirt. The bathroom door frame was rusted out and there were old puttied patched holes in both the front door and bathroom door. The tub drain was plugged. The front staff made me pays a deposit of cash or run my credit card and called it a "cleaning deposit" for $15 that was refunded once they checked to make sure I left the room "clean". The carpet was so filthy that my kid's white socks were black from just walking on it for a little while.

Employees were friendly. The week was very busy because of the annual hwy.127 yard sale. It seemed that the large crowd made attention to guests "stretched". There was no iron in the room and no ice machines that I could find anywhere.

Glad, I only stayed one night. Will not stay there again. Hotel need to be remodeled and updated bedding. AC did not work in first room they gave me. Ramada Inn is crossed off my list.

Hotel was very old, continental breakfast was terrible (had to ask for milk for the cereal), no alarm clock in room, bathroom needed repairs, staff friendly but inexperienced.

Do not stay here! This is not a hotel; it is a motel charging heavy. If I could have moved to another property I would have, but everything in town was booked. Even though I prepaid for 2 nights and can't get my money back, I left after the 1st night.
