• " Parking was damp, dark and dingy; one of 2 elevators did not work, good one worked occasionally; bathroom had no exhaust fan, no towels or soap; hotel had order of old damp building; room refrigerator was old and dirty, did not get cold; windows needed cleaning. I did not know level 1 hotels were so bad. "
