• " The hotel was pretty nice. But sometimes our keycards didn't work at the side door and for the room. Also. We didn't want people making our beds; we just wanted them to give us enough towels and to clean the bathroom each day. And they couldn't seem to understand that because they ALL spoke Spanish. ALSO. We never had enough toilet paper because they only would give us a 1/2 roll. What's up with that! "

• " I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn again. I do not recommend it to anyone. How can they say that they smell smoke in the hallway and accused me of it without knocking on the door or anything. They just charge it to my account and I think that was wrong of them to do that without telling me first. I will never stay at another one again. "
