• " The check-in was efficient and quick, but the staff was very distracted and abrupt with their instructions. There was no bell-boy or any help with loading our suitcases, which was a minor inconvenience. The room was very nice, but the view wasn't especially exciting where we were overlooking Germantown on the 17th floor. My biggest complaint with Hilton is the lack of free internet access! "

• " Ample parking with security at the hotel. The lobby was bright. Many chairs to sit and wait or visit. There was a bar across from the check-in. Service was great. Every hotel staff was friendly and said hello. They asked if you needed assistance. The Hilton is 20 minutes from downtown Memphis. Not a bad drive. I did not eat at the hotel. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. I highly recommend the Hilton Inn. "

• " The rooms had nice decor. The TV in the room was nice. This was a safe location in a centrally located area. The rooms were not very clean, stains and tears on duvet and sheets. Old food by leg of bed on the floor. Bathroom floors not very clean. Pool was nasty. The fitness center was very nice and clean. "
