• " This was an excellent hotel that met my needs. The rooms were clean and service and staff were great. My only complaint was at checkout there was only one person doing everything. We had a line of about 8 people needing to check out or help with other things and only one person to answer the phone, make reservations for an attraction for a guest, and to do check outs and other needs. I was second in line and I had to wait 15 minutes, not sure how long the others waited because we all got there at the same time. "
