• " We only live an hour away from Amarillo, but we had musical tickets and a doctor appointment the next morning and decided to stay. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel was in very good condition and the sheets were soft. I like that they have a pillow menu and our king size bed had about 5 pillows of different kinds on it. Bathroom was clean and we had a view of the atrium. <BR/> "

• " The room had a leak in the toilet in the room above us creating a bad smell and causing ceiling to fall in the bathroom, the balcony door was broken and the door to the room was hard to open the lock would not release properly. The staff was good to try and take care of things after the room did not get cleaned or towels replaced after the first night and the room service meal was good. "
