• "Most things about this hotel were acceptable but the front desk service was slow. The frustration in registration could have been mitigated if the attendant would have just made eye contact and said "I'm sorry for the delay I'll be with you in a moment"."

• "Would never consider this Inn again. The room was small. The TV remote and telephone were filthy. The air conditioner vents appeared to never have been dusted. We were afraid to turn it on. There were no bedspreads to cover the beds-just a blanket and sheets. We had no maid service to make the beds or change the towels. When we complained to the front desk they merely apologized and handed us new towels. When checking out there were other guests waiting for an unseen desk clerk."
