• " I have stayed at Courtyards in the past but this one was not impressive. The front desk was not very friendly at first, but then was helpful the second time I went down and asked for directions. At 3am I woke up and was very thirsty so I got up and could not find an ice machine or vending machine. I called down and was told do not use the vending machine because "It take your money and give you nothing". I was half asleep and didn't want to go down that is what vending machines are for. I was told she would have to find security to go and get some ice for me also. I didn't feel like waiting in the lobby any longer than I had to so I left without getting ice. The parking garage which is not attached to the hotel was not convenient. My dinner in the restaurant was good. I was overcharged when I got my bill the next day by $.42. I didn't say anything but I guess accounting will find it and contact me about it. For a Marriott property I expected more. "
