• " This Extended Stay America Hotel might be okay if it's all you can afford. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. That being said, the hotel is not in a nice location, the walls were stained, the sheets were uncomfortable, they didn't offer any continental breakfast or free WiFi, and the room was cramped. Not a very nice hotel. <BR/> "

• " I would not stay at this hotel again. I knew that when I arrived after midnight, I would have to dial a number to get a response to get in. I did not know that it would take them 20-30 minutes to respond. No one responded to the first call and I had to call a second time. While I was waiting a man stole my wallet. When the desk clerk let me in and I asked her to call the police, she asked me &quot;Don't you have a cell phone!&quot; She did wait until I went to the car to check for my wallet, but left me there alone until the police came. Bad customer service. I would not stay at this hotel again. "
