Very convenient to D.C. Wonderful beds. If it wasn't for the fire alarm, would have been a relaxing stay.

All interior renovations have now been completed and the external renovations do not interfere with comfort or convenience. The location (two blocks from Key Bridge, around the corner from the Rosslyn Metro) can't be beat. On the down side, there was some street noise, even on the 12th floor, and some corridor noise, but these were annoyances, not sleep-disrupting. The front desk staff failed to notice (despite two inquiries) that an important package had been Fedexed to us until it was a day too late to be useful. Apart from this glitch, the service was terrific and the manager was apologetic and did everything he could to make up for his staff's error. Overall, the Arlington Hyatt was a terrific. Highly recommended!

For the expectations of Hyatt - this hotel was slightly disappointing. ISP did not work well at all - hindering my ability to work. Bed was comfy - but room was crowded - had to move chairs to get by the bed. Would stay again - if I didn't need internet.

I would try and stay at another hotel before here again. The staff was unhelpful. There was NO info in the room as to the admenties they offered, like restaurants, fitness etc. No info in surrounding shops, points of interest, and no info on transportation in the area that was available. Very<BR/>poor in customer service. Room was very small.
