• " Mentioned condition of room to staff but told them it was liveable. Was informed Ramada was being changed into a Days Inn and the rooms would be the last to be remolded. Over all we were happy staying there for the night. Great staff. "

• " The Ramada in Blacksburg gives a nice first impression, but then hits you with the sobering reality. The lobby is attractive. The people are pleasant. But then you have to go your room. The "non smoking" room smells like a chimney. There's dirt in the shower. The former occupant's soap is still sitting in the shower. The room decorations have not been upgraded since the 70's, and they haven't aged well. The walls are paper thin. As the neighbors are leaving their rooms and going to their cars, you get to learn more about them than you ever wanted to. This was a very poor experience. I'm glad we only had to stay one night. "

• " While I was away someone broke into my room to use the phone. I was charged for a phone call I did not make. Noise from AC was too loud to sleep. There is a no chance that I or my associates will stay in this hotel ever again. "
