• " Clean, comfortable room and bath with full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and toaster plus the friendliest and most helpful front desk staff of any motel I have ever stayed at. Wish I could have stayed for more than one night. "

• " I arrived at my room and the room was very hot. I turned on the a/c and layer down in bed. I layer there sweating because the room was hot and the a/c was not cooling the room. I did not sleep due to the temperature and lack of a/c. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out in the morning and they acted like it was not a concern to them and did not offer to correct it in any way. I travel about 4 days a week for my profession and spend as much time in hotels as I do my own home. This was one of the worst rooms I have ever had. Working in the customer service industry, I expect good customer service and was sadly mistaken by the actions of the front desk. I understand that there are problems sometimes, but there should be an attempt to fix them, and that was not the case. "

• " The extended stay America hotel has the basics and a nice kitchenette. Unfortunately, I could not get any sleep because I felt itchy in the bed. The room had a no smoking sign but one of the pillow covers had what appeared to be cigarette burns. I checked in at midnight and checked out at around 7am. My expectations were not met. "
