Great location with a small mildew bathroom. Nice hotel, but not really living up to the lofty price tag.

Great location on pedestrian mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Although room was clean, it could have been bigger. Overall, my family and I had a very good experience. We would stay at the Omni again.

I was under the impression that there was a Jacuzzi in every room and Italian marble bathroom, which was the only reason I decided to splurge on this hotel. I was not disappointed to find that there was not, nor was there a mini fridge or microwave. We were very stressed when we arrived because we had been driving around the city looking for the hotel for so long and wanted to take a nice bath, when that idea was shot, we decided to go to the pool. The pool turned out to be very small and I was just disappointed. I had a movie premier to attend at 9:30, which the concierge was more than happy to accommodate a taxi. The staff was very helpful, however when we returned late that night, my girlfriend and I were just having a conversation in a normal tone and watching some TV, and security came up and told us to quite down. We were not being loud at all; perhaps the walls need better insulation? I was very upset about this. I should not have to have a certain bed time when I am visiting somewhere and whisper in a room paid good money for there after.
