• " The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There was only one working elevator, while at the same time there was three family reunions booked at the hotel. The bathroom smelled and there was hair in the bathtub drain. "

• " It wouldn't take a lot of effort to make this hotel better. I come from Gwinnett county, GA where cigarette smoke isn't allowed in public buildings/restaurants. You should put all of the smokers on one floor. "

• " Awful, could not find reservation upon check in, restaurant was awful, the food was over salted. The lock to my room did not work, could be opened without a key. They did not process the incidental credit card given until I came down after having discovered my door did not lock. "

• " It was an average hotel, with an above-average price, especially considering the location Lynchburg is not new York city. Telephone use instructions printed on the phone were wrong, so we could not call the desk. Television volume was set rather loud and could not be changed with or without the remote control. "
