At first we were given a smoking room on the third floor, the hallway of which smelled like smokers. The desk switched us quickly though to another floor and we had a nice stay. Breakfast was sparce and all they had when we went was a single apple and a single bagel for all four of us to share.

We stayed there on the first night and everything was fine. The following morning, we received a phone call (we were asleep) from the front desk. The man said we needed to checkout by 11:00 AM as they were sold out and they needed our room. I explained to the clerk that we asked for 2 nights stay. He said, sorry but we are overbooked and you must leave. He told my husband, just pack up and leave. She called the clerk and he was rude with her as well. She made another reservation for us at the hotel across the street so we had to pack our things and leave. It was very upsetting.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting relatives. Never have I been so upset over anything in my life. I had asked for 2 nights and was called on the morning after our first night by the front desk (man) that we had to get out. He explained that they were overbooked. My husband went to the desk and the clerk yelled at him I do not care what you asked for, I am not discussing it anymore, you need to pack up and get out by 11 this morning. After we left our room, this man was no longer at the desk and an oriental girl explained that she knew nothing about it and she had our room pulled for that day. She made excuses for him that he was working double shifts and needed some time off. Frankly, he needs more than time off. He would never be an employee of mine. I have never been treated like this anywhere.
