• " I really liked the hotel. Staff was very professional. I was given a map of the area/locality which I was visiting. I have to return to Richmond next month and if I have to stay overnight I certainly plan to make a reservation at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Downtown Richmond. "

• " Friendly staff and it was very convenient to the convention center (5-6 Short Blocks away. The complimentary breakfast was very nicely provided with a variety of food choices, from cold cereal to eggs and bacon. Quite satisfying. "

• " Mapquest directions hard to follow due to one way streets around the hotel. Neighborhood around hotel was awful. Once inside the hotel was fine, nice breakfast, staff helpful, great map was given to help find way around Richmond! "
