• " Hot water heater broken so no hot water, hotel under construction coffee maker in room broken told there was airport shuttle there was not, blow dryer broke in room heater broke gave cold air. told there was hot continental breakfast from 6-10 did not have but cold cereal set up at 9 a.m. told there was port a cribs there was not so my 9 month old grandson slept in the bed with me and tossed and turned and I couldn't sleep due to I was afraid he would fall out of bed. "

• " The hotel was under major construction, there was a microwave on the floor, no refrigerator. The cable was awful, TV picture very poor and only a select number of channels were available. There was no continental breakfast either. "

• " The staff was very rude, and the hotel wasn't very clean. The breakfast was horrible. I would rather have stayed at a motel 6. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. "
