• " Compared with other hotels at this level it was smart and clean which set the tone for the whole experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable more so than the more expensive hotels I had recently stayed in with their superfluous pillows, extra thick quilts and under quilts which are a pain. They seen to be trying too hard and getting it wrong (the others). "

• " The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help in any way they could. It was clean and lived up to the rating that I requested. The only complaint I have is that it should be clear when you make your reservations that they do not have an elevator. Guest should request a first floor room if they are handicap or cannot climb the stairs. Thanks "
