• " We stay at this hotel mainly to be able to relax in the pool and hot-tub during our "fal retreat" weekend with friends. We drove 300 miles to stay here in Shawano. Overall, our stay was miserable. We checked in on Thursday, another couple joined us on Friday, and we all left Sunday morning. We had no hot water in either of our rooms our entire stay. The hotel staff was notified Friday morning that we had no hot water. They looked into it and kept replying, we need a new hot water heater, but nothing ever changed. In my opinion, I would never stay at this hotel again. "

• " Very clean, convenient, economically priced hotel. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked. There was a large group of hockey kids staying at the hotel who were noisy and running up & down the halls, knocking on doors, for quite some time, and even stuck their heads in one of our rooms. "
