• " For a Best Western Hotel, this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. The rooms were not clean. It's an older hotel, but at least the toilets should have been cleaned. I switched to another room and the toilet would not flush. Called the front desk twice and they never sent someone to fix it. Finally, had to ask to be moved to another room and after my complaints the manager switched me to a suite, which was ok, but overall a bad experience. "
