• " It is difficult to find unless you come in from the east -- very difficult. The desk clerks are poorly trained, the keys work poorly, there is no elevator there is really nothing outstanding about this place ----- their record keeping is bad resulting in clearing out this one room -- throwing all clothing and personal items in a basket and then not helping to return it to the room when they found out it was their screw up --- their young and careless clerk did not offer to help until asked. Poorly trained staff. I'd not stay here again. "
