Very clean, all necessary facilities for a short stay.
Many signs of wear: stained carpet in the room, ripped wallpaper in public areas.
Everything I needed for a one night stay was provided. The hotel was clean and not too difficult to find. Although the front desk staff didn't know as much about the area as I'd hoped, they were cheerful and accommodating and did their best to help me.

There was a baseball tournament staying near our room, so they gave us a free upgrade, very nice.
The continental breakfast was not good. They had someone watching over your every move, very uncomfortable. Selection not good either.

I didn't like anything about this hotel will never stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is old and dirty, the lobby, the room, the bathroom, everything about this hotel is a big zero. It should be repaired or even better it should be.

The exterior back door was not locked -- a safety issue.
Room moderate. Location inconvenient. One manager very helpful other one a little strange.
