I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this time. Rooms were dirty. Found BEDBUGS in SECOND room issued. First room AC unit did not work. I was told there was nothing they would do, unless I upgraded rooms. Informed I was leaving and recieved call later that they would put me in another. See above for second room. Was told prepayment of room was not able to be refunded. Still fighting with management about refund and adequate pest control for future visitors. This hotel should be shut down until bedbug issue is complete and Howard Johnson should remove their name from this franchised location. It was a horrible experience. Management agreed to refund, but over a week later still have not recieved any credit on my credit card. ...
