no, When I arrive with my family, the night staff, uniform was not neat, and didn't ask me if I needed any help to my room, I had to ask for informations to the elevator. In the morning I ask team lead, and she said no.
Yes, That the hotel was not a five star, and staff should be more helpful and nicest to guest.

Good location
I had bed bug bites when I woke up! I still have the bed bug bite marks since I had an allergic reaction to them. Horrible! Sheets were not clean. Bedcover/comforter didn't seem it has been washed.

It was convenient to stay after performing at the Kryptonight Fest there.
They lied about having a continental breakfast. You had to buy a voucher to get one. That doesn't sound like a continental breakfast to me.

the pool area, however it was too cold to use it
took an hour and 1/2 to get a transfer from the airport, called several times and got different answers each time as to why it was taking so long. continental breakfast shouldve been included, not extra. a/c in room was broken

was not near anything, staff was not friendly or helpful. rooms were average at best. pool area the only nice thing. decent gift store and restaurant was ok, not great. atm machine was broken

My tailgate was stolen off my pickup truck, the hotel should have a security staff!

I would never stay at this hotel again, my tailgate was stolen off my pickup truck. According to the police this is a common occurrence, and it is close to some bad areas. Knowing this why wouldn't the hotel have cameras and a security staff?

The help was friendly.
Not close to airport as advertized. Would not stay there again.

Hotel is old and run down. Carpet is dirty and worn. Longe had a party all night long and my wife and I did not get any sleep so we got up at 3:00 am and left. My Wife added that she felt like she was going to get robbed that night.Somebody kept trying to get in our room that night also. Very bad experince.

The shuttle service
My room phone didn't work, the fitness room was just 3 machines, two of which didn't work also there was a very loud party late at night. No vegetarian options.

I had a decent time. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and its the cheapest hotel with a shuttle service. Its a decent hotel but certainly not luxury.

Rooms were dingy.
We ended up with only a full size bed. If we could have added a bed size ahead of time we would have requested a king or at least a queen size as my husband is a big man.

Price was good but quality was mediocre
