WIFI didn't work. Room Card key didn't work well.

This is clearly an older property that they have attempted to update, but failed. The WIFI didn't work and the room key card reader barely worked. The chain lock for the door wasn't installed properly, so it didn't work. I stayed one night and that was enough.

Mona at the office was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There were not enough towels provided.Also, there is poor road access to the hotel when driving northbound on I-35.

I hope this hotel can somehow obtain better access when driving northbound onI-35. When driving southbound, the hotel is conveniently located on the service road after exiting I-35. Unfortunately, when driving northbound one has to drive approx. 1-2 miles north of the hotel to the correct exit. Then, the driver has to u-turn under the bridge and follow the southbound service road about 1-2 miles to this property. There is no access to the hotel when using the same, more convenient, exit as the southbound users do. I hope for the sake of increasing their business, I hope the property owners can negotiate a right-of-way through the other two hotels' parking lots located just south of this Howard Johnson's. Or, build a drive to create a rear access to the hotel.Overall, this was a good value for the price paid. The room was nice, roomy, and clean. Hotel is very quiet and very comfortable. This is the second time I stay and plan to stay again.
The hotel says it has internet I was unable to connect.

Hotel bed, environment was quiet and very restful. With work in the area, I would arrive to rest without any issues.
