staff is sleazy on assigning room..very very upset about this hotel, nothing good.
the hotel gave me a HANDICAPPED room with BIG Turbine right outside of the window!? I am perfectly healthy and apparently b/c i booked via priceline and the staff discriminated priceline customer (due to lower price). i hated it!
room is extremely old and nasty. can't believe this is rated 5 stars hotel?! staff is sleazy on assigning room. in my case, b/c i booked through priceline/agoda booking system, i have been discriminated, being assigned to HANDICAPPED room facing a BIG turbine outside of the window. Don't stay at this hotel!
