Clean.

When I checked into the hotel I was treated very rudely by a front desk staff member. She was rude to me for no reason. She was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. I had a 50 lb suitcase with me and asked that I be placed on the first level since the hotel had no elevators and she said that they didn't have any first level rooms available which I found very hard to believe. She told me "her" bellman could take my suitcase up to my room (when I checked out the next day the bellman who was also the shuttle driver was busy so I had to lug my 50 lb suitcase down a flight of stairs which caused one of its wheels to break). Done above. Only small gripes.

We expected a regular hotel room and it was more of a suite or apartment. It had a little kitchen, living room, spacious bedroom and nice large bathroom. We were impressed and enjoyed it very much.

Over all this hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and the location is awesome. Need to upgrade the beds but over all it was a great trip.

Rude staff!!!! Wake me up at 7.30 am by mistake!!! Had to call the front desk from the lobby cause there was nobody around!

The restaurant at this hotel was awful. A very simple breakfast of scrambled eggs, potatoes, and toast appeared after over half an hour. Despite much more picturesque seating being available, we were seated well away from views. People who arrived after us got seated at view tables and received their food well before us. The experience was frustrating. But the pool/spa area is lovely and there was always staff on hand at the bar area who were very helpful and cheerful. The room was nothing special: clean and comfy but small with very little outdoor atmosphere. I expect the harbor view rooms are much much nicer. ...read more
