Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt At Fishermans Wharf

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The walls were paper thin and we were up all night listening to a fight next to us

The staff was very helpful especially since it was our first time in Sanfran. Gave great ideas of places to eat and shops not to miss.

Great place.. and close to the Wharf. Right where we wanted to be.

The location was great!
We we're given two double beds and wanted one king bed, but we were told that it was booked that way through Priceline, when it didn't say anything about it on my reservation sheet.

Very nice and great location! They even had a kids prize box when you check in, but they weren't all that accommodating as we wanted a king bed and they gave us two double beds.

Staff was great. Short walk to restaurants and shops on Fisherman's Wharf area. Furniture needs upgrading.

Good location, nice staff
The parking is expensive, but its everywhere in SF. You have to pay for wifi in the room.

Good hotel close to almost all the pier's. You can easily park in a small shopping center one block from the hotel, you save 20-25 § a day.

The location is great, walking distance to many attractions, and right near the cable car line...perfect!

Concierge was very helpful! It is a crowded area of the city, so expect lots of foot traffic and there were many people at the restaurants in the area, so expect a wait there. However, we were there on spring break! Hotel was in a great location, easy walking distance to many sights. Would stay again!

The location was perfect. You're walking distance from both Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. The cable car runs directly in front of the hotel.
Parking was too expensive. Valet was $46/day and self I believe was $32/day. There are street meters but the rates change street to street. Most meters are free between 7pm and 7am.

The location was great but be prepared to spend money on parking pretty much everywhere. Be sure to call the number on the meter to set up an account. That way you can add time over the phone instead of going back to the meter.

Beautiful rooms and public areas.
Cost of parking was high. We arrived late and was surprised by the cost and lack of parking.

Location, Location, Location!!!!

The room was small
Yes, I want to know if the hotel include breakfast, free Internet in room, and free parking

Pros: Near attractions (cable car, excellent restaurants, pier 39) Cons: Only valet parking, no free Internet in room, and not Breakfast include

I didn't like the parking fee. 49.99 plus tax. Per night.
