Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt House Charlotte Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

My husband and I stayed here overnight in order to catch an early flight. The airport shuttle was wonderful. The free parking with security guard was great and I felt like my car was safe. I am extremely picky - so for me to have such a wonderful experience is really saying a lot. :-)

I loved that the room had a small refrigerator and kitchen sink with toaster and above all an extra room! It was so nice to watch TV in the living room while I ate, and then retire to the bedroom to continue watching my program when I finished eating. Speaking of eating, the staff recommended a place to order from and the delivery was prompt. If I were to stay in Charlotte longer, it would have been super comfortable to stay there. The gym and pool were quite inviting. My only regret was that I couldn't stay a little longer. ...

This hotel did not hold up the 3-star rating that I've been accustomed to on Priceline. While the set up (suite) and physical geography would be in line with that rating, the overall comfort, appearance, and concerns of security would not. Hotel is located in a lower rent area of town and all but one gate (to the parking lot) is locked at night. I discovered the locked gates when attempting to exit the property for an early morning flight. I guess it should be viewed as positive that the ownership/management is willing to ensure those measures are in place; it's just not something I would expect at a 3-star rated property. I did like the type of furniture in the sitting area of the suite; it would've been comfortable could I have been confident that it was clean; just had an old, worn look and the smell in the room had to eminate from somewhere; it was not an odor because it wasn't unpleasant, neither was it representative of a clean room. My intentions aren't to run the place down, only to convey my lack of belief that it deserves the 3-star rating. ...

This hotel offers a comfortable resting area in between your times of adventure in Charlotte. I felt more as if I was staying within a guest house than staying in a hotel. The rooms are spacious, the decor coincides with present date and every surface is neat and clean.
