Great rooms, free Internet and 24hr gym. Very helpful staff. Airport shuttle.
Vary the breakfast items for longer staying guests.

Great stay for the price point. Excellent conveniences - airport shuttle, free Internet, free parking. On the route for dolphin mall shuttle.

Rooms are what we expected. A suite.
Yes they charges us for Teacup Yorkie who weighs 3 lbs, because they will have to clean up. Our doggie is cleaner that the carpets there guaranteed. I didnt remember them saying that there was a charge. They also tried to overcharge us for 2 dogs.

If you have a dog they will not clean your room if your dog is in there and you are not. Hotel itself is fine but....member of the front desk with the Southern drawl needs to work on his customer service.

Well kept, nice staff, big equipped rooms, right off airport and expressway, and free shuttle to and from MIA.
A little buzy on weekends as they seem to cater to overnight cruising guests and the breakfast area is a little crazy those days.

If you need something that feels like home and at an excellent location off the airport and major expressway, this is the place. Clean, affordable, newer, and kept up.

The hotel shuttle at the airport drove past us and we had to wait 1/2 hour more for it to return. Upon arrival at Hyatt House we were informed our room had a water leak and was unusable.

Friendly staff, location, and spacious room
Upon entering the room I smelled a VERY strong perfume smell. I ask to be moved and the staff was very accommodating. I took the new room key only to find the new room had the same smell. I found the housekeeper and ask her what chemicals she was using.

Continuing from last paragraph. I found the smell to be coming from the chemicals used to fragrant the room. It was a very strong smell and one that gave me a bad headache. I would not stay again due to this experience.

The staff were very helpful and professional.
The hallways and carpeting on the first floor are beyond shabby and the bathrooms need updating. The breakfast was clean and well laid out. The setup for a family is perfect.

Staff at front desk was very helpful in giving us menus for local restaurants that will deliver to hotel. I was disappointed that when I asked for extra sheets/blankets, I was told they didn't have any. For the status of this hotel and the price I paid,

Excellent locatioin, excellent staff, huge room/suite. Highly recommend this hotel if you want great accomodation in the Miami airport area.
