Family Traveling with Young Children
very nice and wonderful experience overall, would definitely recommend to others. convenient for pre/post-cruise stays or overnight layovers. with kitchenette would be great place to stay for longer too.

I have no negatives about this hotel. However, since my entire family is in aviation, airport noise does not bother us; if it bothers you, stay someplace father away. The location was excellent for us, the suites were very large and convenient, and the amenities were well above what I expected for the price I paid. Breakfast and "social hour" (light evening meal) were included, and WiFi and airport transportation were free. Fitness center was great, business center/printer was extremely convenient, and staff went out of their way to be helpful. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
I always enjoy staying at Hyatt House. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. This one was a bit lacking as compared to the others that I've been to. Poorly maintained, plumbing issues and not very clean. Stained carpet, visible dirt in corners, etc.

Being really close to the airport, the hotel is perfect for those who are in transit or do not care to drive about 25 minutes to reach Miami beach.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The van took an hour to pick us up at the airport, and this was after two phone calls. We arrived expecting a restaurant, but were told that there are only buffets at specific times and we could go out or call for delivery. Staff was mildly helpful. The waffles tasted like the bacon they were next to. remotes to TV didn't work often. Room was clean.

Solo Traveler
This is a great Hotel to stay at and dine at. Lots of space. 24 hour market place inside, with all your wants and needs. Customer service is excellent! Landscape is beautiful. Just so much to love.
