Rooms are what we expected. A suite.
Yes they charges us for Teacup Yorkie who weighs 3 lbs, because they will have to clean up. Our doggie is cleaner that the carpets there guaranteed. I didnt remember them saying that there was a charge. They also tried to overcharge us for 2 dogs.

If you have a dog they will not clean your room if your dog is in there and you are not. Hotel itself is fine but....member of the front desk with the Southern drawl needs to work on his customer service.

The hotel shuttle at the airport drove past us and we had to wait 1/2 hour more for it to return. Upon arrival at Hyatt House we were informed our room had a water leak and was unusable.

The staff were very helpful and professional.
The hallways and carpeting on the first floor are beyond shabby and the bathrooms need updating. The breakfast was clean and well laid out. The setup for a family is perfect.

very nice, room upgrade given which was an unexpected perk. staff very helpful. stores/food close by, within walking distance. shuttle ran very smoothly/efficiently, didn't have to wait very long for the service.
kitchenette in room had some water damage, making it look dirty/run down.

very nice and wonderful experience overall, would definitely recommend to others. convenient for pre/post-cruise stays or overnight layovers. with kitchenette would be great place to stay for longer too.

Nice rooms.
Took an hour and two phone calls to get the van to pick us up. No restaurant or room service, only special time buffets. Waffles tasted like bacon.

The van took an hour to pick us up at the airport, and this was after two phone calls. We arrived expecting a restaurant, but were told that there are only buffets at specific times and we could go out or call for delivery. Staff was mildly helpful. The waffles tasted like the bacon they were next to. remotes to TV didn't work often. Room was clean.
