Business Traveler
When I ordered room service from the hotel my credit card was not on file for some reason. Apparently the receptionist had not saved it upon my arrival. So I had to go downstairs to resubmit it. Inconvenient for someone who was planning to just stay in for the rest of the night. Then when the food arrived I was being overcharged for an item. They corrected it but it just seemed like they couldn't get things right. ...

Solo Traveler
I checked in here and was so happy with my room. Full ocean view with balcony. I really felt like I was on vacation. Great pool and hot tub area overlooking ocean. This place was gorgeous and the room was very upscale. Hotel staff was extra helpful and very friendly. I would LOVE to stay here again. I really enjoyed my stay!

Family Traveling with Young Children
This hotel was tiny compared to how it looked in the photo. I did not want a city view and repeatedly asked for a room poolside when booking it but was given a room on the other side anyway. The beachfront was tiny but the staff was very helpful in suggesting where else to go.
