Everything was great , the rooms very spacious and the TV placed in certain way that you can watch from the bedroom or leaving room . The locations is great walking distance from restaurants and the mall. Breakfast was satisfying , except the fruit
The fruits at the breakfast , they weren't to fresh. And the elevator its a bit slow , but not a big problem.
The hotel is clean, friendly stuff. they even started the breakfast at 6:30am which it was great for us , since we had to leave early in the morning. I'll be recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay here again.

Rooms are too small. TV had placed in a way you can not see from the both beds. The hotel needs renovation. The carpet was old and looked dirty.

Loved the location.
The person at the front desk was rude. He brought up 3 times that if you book with a third party you don't always get the bed type you reserved. I was celebrating my 35 th wedding anniversary and had to sleep in double beds when I had requested a king.
Felt like second class citizen due to booking through a third party.

Very good location, very clean. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was very good.
Not enough parking spots. If you show up late (like we did), you may not find a parking space. Not enough space in the lobby where breakfast is served to sit guests. Not enough staff to handle lobby/serving duties when the hotel is packed

The continental breakfast is much better than in most hotel chains. I also love that they have free wifi in public spaces.
The cardio equipment in the fitness center is old and noisy.

Booked a double room and was given a single bed room.
Terrible service. Booked a double room and was given a Single bed room. Bed was extremely lumpy and way too soft. Overall a terrible experience. Never staying here again.
