Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place Atlanta Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Stay away from this hotel unless you want to be harassed or framed for someone else's silliness.

OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS NICE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. BREAKFAST WAS OK (NOT A LOT OF VARIETY). I REALLY APPRECIATED THE SHUTTLE THAT TOOK YOU WITHIN A 3 MILE RADIUS FREE OF CHARGE!

This hotel offers a free shuttle service to anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel, which includes The Georgia Dome, CNN center, Phillips Arena, The Aquarium, the world of coke & much more! It is also within walking distance of these places so even if you prefer to walk, it's easy! The free continental breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying at the Hyatt Place Downtown in the future! ...

We were travelling to Atlanta for the Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl on New Year's Eve. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were great. The only con is the bathroom area is very small. The complimentary breakfast and wifi also greatly appealed to us. We parked our car once we arrived and did not move it until we left 3 days later. It is a great location in walking distance to all major downtown attractions: Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, CNN Center, GA Aquarium, World of Coke, Olympic Park, Georgia World Congress Center, Hard Rock Cafe and lots of dining opportunities. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here in the future. ...
