Business Traveler
This was my second stay this month at a Hyatt Place. The concept is great - it's not just a bed in a room, the bed is separated from the rest of the room by a half wall. The larger portion of the room has a sectional sofa, full size desk & TV that can be swiveled for watching in bed or in the living room area. A clean, wrapped throw is placed next to the couch. The staff is amazing. The morning of the second visit (2 weeks later), the gallery host (there's no check-in desk) recognized me when I went down to breakfast and welcomed me back. (She even remember what I was doing there). All the staff members from the gallery hosts to the cleaning people to the van driver are very friendly and accommodating. Best service I've ever had at any hotel chain.

Family Traveling with Teens
This is a stylish and comfortable hotel. The hot breakfast (included in room price) was excellent with lots of variety. Room was very clean and comfortable and there was no noise at all. However, the experience was spoiled by a broken toilet seat. I don't expect the toilet seat to be broken in a room as nice as this.
