Great location. Walk to shopping and restaurants. Running trail along the river/canal. Fitness center and clean pool. Free shuttle to casino.

Great value at this nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfy. Everything you need to get your work done and also have a little fun. Great small businesses within walking distance. An array of dining options. Free shuttle to casino. Parking garage is across the street. Just pull up out front to unload and check in.

The room size was beyond what we expected, clean and modern
Breakfast was wonderful, however it was Memorial Day weekend and the breakfast area ran out of plates and silverware multiple times during breakfast, perhaps more staff on holiday weekends? Staff was amazing though!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hyatt Place Bethlehem. The room was very large, clean and modern. The sitting area was perfect for louging and watching TV together, the partioned bedroom felt private enough. The shower was a little small but does the job! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome after a long drive and gave plenty of suggestions for dinner. Our only issue concerned breakfast. Hyatt Place has a WONDERFUL breakfast, probably the best of all the hotel chains. We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend and were met with a mob of people in the breakfast area. Plates and silverware ran out quickly and often. The poor girls running breakfast did a great job of clearing the area and washing dishes promptly, however we waited almost 10 minutes for plates. Perhaps more staff on busy holiday weekends would help. Overall our expierience was A+. We would definitley stay again, and have actually planned our next trip to the same hotel for next month! The quality and roominess of the rooms. Very well decorated and had all we needed.
When I got back I found an additional $20.00 charge on my card. When we checked out they said all was fine since we didn't charge any additional charges on credit card. Checked my card status and found $20.00 charge from them a couple of days later.

Good food for breakfast, except they need more things that can be eaten faster. Too many alike items on bar. Coffee was bad. All people thought it was very strong. Had to add double creamers.

Great location, room was practically a suite with sectional sofa area and a dividing wall at the bed. Beautiful room, too! Nice location near all of the great downtown shopping and restaurants - best hotel in Bethlehem! Don't hesitate! Free parking!

Hallways were hot and humid. AC in room turned off all night. Had to keep getting up to turnout back on. EXTREMELY expensive pet policy when Priceline called it "pet friendly"

Hotel was ok. Overpriced "extras". Express booking is extremely deceptive.

Very comfortable bed, nice adjacent sectional sofa and hassock, refrigerator (with no freezer section)
Small closet.

This hotel is one of the nicest in the area and is near many wonderful restaurants.
