my room was great and the shuttle drivers were terrific
I wish I had known that they offered park and fly
there is not much around for restaurants, just a sports bar nearby. There is a bar in the hotel lobby with food service which I did not try. The room was lovely and spacious. I would definitely stay here again when flying out of Charlotte.

I had requested a king room and my wife and I wound up in a room with 2 doubles. Extremely uncomfortable. Staff refused to correct the matter.

Great location as we were in Charlotte on a business trip. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was professional and helpful.

This hotel is excellent for the business traveler. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a quiet, restful environment after a busy day in Charlotte.

It was a great hotel. Only thing I would suggest are maybe a microwave so tha you are able to warm up food. I had 3 children and they don't always eat there food in one sitting.

In a quiet part of town away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The TV was shared with the sleeping area and the sitting area. Just a shower, couldn't take a relaxing bath.

This hotel was very clean and in a great area. All the staff were very professional and friendly. This hotel was in a great area. I felt comfortable taking a walk in the area. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
