I had requested a king room and my wife and I wound up in a room with 2 doubles. Extremely uncomfortable. Staff refused to correct the matter.

This hotel is excellent for the business traveler. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a quiet, restful environment after a busy day in Charlotte.

This hotel was very clean and in a great area. All the staff were very professional and friendly. This hotel was in a great area. I felt comfortable taking a walk in the area. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are a great value as they are like a small apartment with a living space and a bedroom. The property has been renovated to make it feel brand new.
The beds descent but great. The pillows were way too soft and had no support to them. The closets were hard to access and were very small.
