Real clean and nice
Small bathrooms, only showers, walls are super thin I could gear the conversation in the other room.

I had a nice time there. This hotel is not for staying for long periods more than a weekend cause the thin walls and extremely cramped up bathrooms was crazy, but it is real clean inside. Nice front desk personal. I see myself using this hotel again.

Nice sized rooms, nice accommodations.
I reserved a King Sized bed, I was given 2 doubles instead. That is a bit frustrating.

Hotel was nice. A bit deceiving that his was the Hyatt Downtown location. I wouldn't consider where we were "Downtown". Overall a nice place with nice rooms. A good overall value. Very close to the airport.

From getting in late at night with the kiosk was so nice to have was very quick, entering the room we were so impressed with its looks and how big it was. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the overall expirence of the hotel was great. We enjoyed it so much.

Our room was very big and clean. It was in a very nice location and we were very pleased with our experience.
We were on the first floor which was not my first choice. Our room was right next to some service closets and the door to outside so it was very noisy at a very early hour.

The prices on snacks in the little convenient store were extremely overpriced. An item that normally cost 1 dollar was priced at 2.50 and so on.

The location of this hotel was great. We could walk to restrants off the disney property as well as walk to down town Disney. We had never been to this area before and felt like our location was excellent. People were nice and the hotel was clean and friendly.

The staff were really friendly and always had a smile on their face. The location was excellent seeing that we were only minutes from Uptown Charlotte.

Spacious, clean rooms with pull-out sofa,contemporary lobby,very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast was okay but no meat (bacon/ sausage) or waffles..was a little disappointing

Great for the price, clean facilities, helpful staff. Will definitely come back.
