Staff was fantastic - very friendly, accessible, and helpful.
The first room we were given had a terrible smell. I think it was from the AC unit. The staff immediately assigned us a different room - we could still smell a faint odor from the new room's AC unit but it was fine.

Great rooms!! Spacious, Nano was Great and took care of us :) pool was great
No microwave , loud AC,very small bath Breakfast was just ok , not much choice ..had better in other 3 Star Hotels

The ac unit is no good, the breakfast wasn't good, no microwave, n I didn't like the restroom don't have a sink or a mirror inside( I didn't like that it located outside)

The bed was comfortable.
I booked a double bed room and they gave me a king bed room without a call or warning and when I was given the key I was not told. The guy said oh we're doing renovations

CALL & be sure the hotel you booked will be the hotel you get otherwise, I'd request my refund.

Check in was very quick & he was really helpful!
Just that the bathrooms didn't match the nice rooms, but they're in the process of remodeling.

Very nice hotel & staff was excellent. Comfy bed, but no TV channels! Will stay there again!

Room was open and tv was viewable from both bed and sofa

Close to Galleria and a plethora of restaurants. Had the option of self check-in or at the desk. Got to choose our room type and floor in self check-in. Breakfast was ok.

Really nice design, of both the room and the public spaces. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was inadequate -- several of the main items were out about 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast period, even though many guests were still coming through.

Convenient location, attractive spaces, pleasant staff. We will stay here again.
