Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(15) | Solo Traveler(10) | Traveling as Couple(20) | Family with Young Children(11) | Family with Teens(8) | Senior Traveler(4) | Group Traveler(8)

The staff was excellent and the location was perfect.
Liked everything
I thought the price was a bit high, but that probably has to do with the location. The staff was outstanding. They were helpful, friendly, etc.

Great room for the price...extremely spacious and cozy. Updated, too.
Service was great, room was great, but it is situated right off the highway which made for a lot of noise.

I liked the spacious couch, was nice to have some where to lay out other than the bed. The staff was very courteous and helpful too.
The gated parking was open all night, didn't bother me but don't off it as a perk if you're not going to make use of it. Also another small thing, the TV was in an odd location but nothing to fret over.

Breakfast options were great. Hotel beds and rooms are very impressive for how inexpensive it was.
It's not the hotel's fault, but all of the construction on 635 to get there was a little crazy.
The staff was great at the hotel. The room was very large for the inexpensive price and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were definitely impressed with the size of the room for the price. The breakfast was by far one of the best breakfasts we have had in any hotel experience. I also liked that you could use a kiosk to check out instead of waiting at the front counter. ...

I have stayed here many times but the furniture in the lobby and carpets in the halls are starting to wear and should be replaced -
